First, let us say "this is a simple process!" 

A number of our clients have never purchased a custom graphic before.  Since that is the case we have made your part in this experience very simple.  However, we know there are still some clients who are a little concerned about the process.  That is to be expected and so our goal is to have a stress free process.

STEPS......

So just follow the steps below.

• 1. Decide which packages you need.  Most online companies need both a banner and logo.  So your budget is really what will decide this for you.  Remember, there is a big difference between the bronze and , or just a logo/ just a header. Remember the two are not the same. Most website need both a header and a logo, which is why we offer packaged deals.
• 2. Choose the package or single product that fits what you need.
• 3. Make the purchase.
• 4. When the purchase is made you will receive (by way of a link within an email) a group of questions that we need for you to give some thought to.
• 5. Answer the questions, and we will begin construction.  If you do not provide enough information, then you designer will contact you.   However, if you do provide enough information then construction will begin.  You will recieve the concepts and you will receive a call from your designer if needed.
• 6. After your decision is made, your designer will upload your image (you must provide access in the comments area of the form).
• That is it.   The key question is "how to design a professional logo"?  We go through the process of concept construction with you so you always get what you need.

The images

The images you send to us really need to be in jpg, giff, bitmap, or png.  When we are completed we will send your graphics back to you by way of email.
