We can enhance the look of your store with a unique log and graphics. We can enhance an existing header or page that you may not be happy with. Your store doesn't have to be left out. Q: Do I get the opportunity to speak with my designer?
A: Each person who has purchased a product from http://www.tanglewoodgraphics.com/ will speak with the designer who will create their design if it is needed.

Q: How does this work?
A: During the order process, a customer is required to fill in basic information. This information will help your designer in the construction process. You determine fonts, image(s), look and feel of your design. After the order is completed, you are contacted in 1-2 business days by your account designer. In that phone call you will discuss the look you want to portray; you will also confirm the information you have filled out in the order form.

Q: What is the difference between a logo and a header?
A: The header and the logo are two completely different elements. A logo can be used on letter head, business cards, or stationary. It can be considered a symbol that your entire business is known by (example: the swoosh by NIKE athletic wear). A header can be considered the sign for your business. It is the an entire compilation of colors, images (products), and marketing language to set your store apart from your competition.

Q: How long will it take for a designer to contact me?
A: On average our designers contact you within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind weekends. This is especially important for our international customers.

Q: How do I know what I get for my purchase?
A: The content of each package is outlined on our pricing page. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email if you have specific questions that were not covered.

Q: How long does it take to get my design back?6
A: The estimated time for completion is based upon the package that is purchased. The Gold, Silver, and the Bronze all have different estimated times of completion. Please see the charts throughout the site to help you get a better understanding of time frame for each package.

Q: What if I need a rush deliver on a specific design?
A: We suggest that you plan for the necessary time needed to provide a quality product. If you feel a rush order is absolutely necessary please contact us prior to the order. We would need to discuss the time frame and the additional cost associated with a rush delivery.

Q: How do I include my header or logo into my website?
A: The majority of our customers do have a third party they have received a template/design from. The third party usually has a customer service group that can help with the inclusion of a graphic. If you would like your designer to incorporate your logo/header into your website for you, there will be an additional charge, and we will also need a signed permission agreement from you. The permission agreement will give your designer password protected access to your template/design to upload the logo/header to your site.

Q: What if I do not like my logo/header, can it be changed?
A: Each package comes with the option for a specific number of revision(s). It is very important, it is absolutely necessary that you fill out the information in your order form to help your designer provide you with the finish product that you are looking for. By doing so you are able to receive the logo/header you are looking for.

Q: What if I have no clue what I am looking for?
A: Our designers are not mind readers, but they are pretty close. We would like for you to fill out the information in the order form and wait for your consultation. We are confident that after a conversation with your designer, you will have a good idea of what you want and what the finish product will be.
